Flat component blasting machines with dry-type belt conveyors, designed for increased production efficiency, are engineered and provided. The equipment operates using either a direct pressure or suction-induction blasting method. Components are positioned on one side of the belt conveyor, which transports them through the cabinet via side vestibules. Blasting is performed using a reciprocating blast nozzle system within the cabinet.
Following the blasting process, air blow guns are used to clean the components by removing any residual abrasive or dust. The operator only needs to unload the finished components from the belt conveyor on the opposite side of the cabinet. For higher production rates, a multi-blast gun system may also be included. Abrasive recycling is automated, and dust generated during blasting is captured by a dust collector, ensuring a clean and environmentally friendly workspace.
