This system includes essential components found in all ABS Blast Room reclaim systems, such as metering shed plates, a heavy-duty screw, belt and bucket elevator, 20” airwash separator, perforated plate rotary drum separator, and an oversized abrasive storage hopper complete with a caged man ladder and handrail. Ideal for applications where budget efficiency and effective media recovery are priorities, this system ensures reliable operation and minimizes downtime in industrial blasting operations.

This basic "automatic" reclaim package serves as a foundational setup that can be upgraded to an "H", "U", or full floor reclaim system, offering scalability as operational needs evolve.
